What is the life of an IT employee after being fired from a company?
They get real. and realize that they weren't hired because someone wanted to make them rich and happy. Instead, they were hired to make someone else's life easier and that someone else is happier to not have them around today for whatever reason.
They realize that those who get to set rules always win and those who merely follow the rules will win more rules to follow.
They realize that IT jobs are short term and uncertain projects with no long term career path no matter how hard they were convinced about the opposite.
They realize that the best investment is staying relevant by up-skilling regularly. It is not the house that they bought 30 kilometers away from the city on a 30 years loan.
They realize that news, sports, entertainment, medicine, education, marriages, nations, etc except parents are all businesses.
They realize that life is beyond work, growth and greed. Relationships are most important.
What to do after losing the job?
Once you've allowed some time to mend emotionally and have gotten over the anger of being fired, it's time to set sail on a new course.
"Make a bad time a good opportunity. Ask yourself if you were in the right position, or if you need to rethink your career."
Finding a coach or a friend may help you outline your accomplishments and rebrand yourself in the job market.
"Stress what you learned from the past experience and frame your answers so that you let interviewers know that you see this new opportunity as a means to achieving your ultimate career objectives."
When you go in for interviews, have a good grasp of the facts about why you were fired. When asked why you left your last job, your answer should be true, concise and as positive as possible.
"Don't lead your resume, cover letter or interviews with bad news. They'll get around to asking why you left your last job. Tell the truth in a brief 10 to 20 seconds."
The key in interviews to explaining why you got fired is to make it not about you. Anything from 'the new boss wanted to bring in his own team' to 'the entire department was downsized' is better than admitting you lost your job due to your own performance.
Remember that getting fired is never as horrible as it seems at first, especially if you use the time to pursue a new chapter in your career.
Note - Please make sure that you can save enough money to survive for at least 6–9 months while in Job.
Love your work!!! Not your company!!

Make a terrible time a decent chance. Inquire as to whether you were in the right position, or then again if you really want to reevaluate your vocation. So pass more exams and get certificates.
